Beginner plans are perfect for those looking for a starting place with their running career. Offering 3 different lengths of training plans, these will help you get to your first race confident and ready to run.

PERFORMANCE/FATIGUE ASSESSMENT

With this assessment we will dive deep into tracking your training and utilizing the data to determine your individual performance metrics. You will learn when to peak your training for a race, how long your microcycles should be, and the perfect length for your taper.

1 ON 1 CONSULTATION

This consultation is for those looking to expand their sports science knowledge and education. The topics can range from nutrition to injury prevention to your own personal programming.

RUNNING FORM ANALYSIS

The other half of the puzzle, efficiency. How you run is just as important as when and how much you run. We will analyze your stride, body movement, and gait to help you improve your form and become effortless while running. Smooth is fast.

HEART RATE ZONE CALCULATION

Every athlete is unique: strengths, weaknesses, age, gender, history, etc. This applies to your heart rate as well. Maximum, resting, and anaerobic threshold are all personal to you. Using a week long assessment we take a look at what make you tick so you can get the most out of each and every run.
