PERFORMANCE/FATIGUE ASSESSMENT

This assessment determines how to maximize your training using your individual response metrics for fitness and fatigue. 2 months of data driven structured programming allows for a precise dive into how you respond to training. You will learn when to peak your training for a race, how long your microcycles should be, and the perfect length for your taper.

RUNNING FORM ANALYSIS

The other half of the puzzle, efficiency. How you run is just as important as when and how much you run. We will analyze your stride, body movement, and gait to help you improve your form and become more economical while running. Smooth is fast.
HEART RATE ZONE CALCULATION

Every athlete is unique: strengths, weaknesses, age, gender, history, etc. Â This applies to your heart rate as well. Â Maximum, resting, and anaerobic threshold are all personal to you. Â Using a week long assessment we take a look at what make you tick so you can get the most out of each and every run.
